Our Cast clamps are designed using the latest 3D technology using lost wax investment casting molds. Our finished product are manufactured with the end users logo stamped of the spine of the clamps. All clamps go through an enhanced quality program are extensively tested for quality in the form of a pull and compression test process. Inspections and properly measured in strictly accordance to international.
Our Pressed clamps are made in a range of other materials including stainless steel and nickel chromium steels.
All our clamps are are manufactured from high integrity carbon steel ASTM A216 grade WCB to NACE MR-01-75, suitable for sour gas service all hinges and bolts are made with Alloy Steel/Stainless Steel 304/316 or to the clients requirements.
Unlike other suppliers we have TPI inspections carried out by a third party before each shipment

Cleaning and maintenance Service:
OGT chemically clean clamps, sand blast and carry out preventive maintenance including change all bolts and hinges so the clamps are good to be used again.
